As a director,try and employ your schoolgirl daughter as a office girl at twice the going rate,or as a qualified secretary and expect yourself to pay back the difference once the books get their annual audit at least where i come from. Its the first thing the auditors check,family of management,their qualifications for and expected current market rates of pay spread for the job they do.Paying at the top of the scale is acceptable-but.
Why do nwe pay so much for what appears to be a very straight forward job. I know i can rent a virtual office at a better rate than nwe have on there books for the same service.
