I too would like 10+ years resources, but would find it strange that banks would require that length as the payback period of a loan for the Giant Pit development would be very much less than 5 years (probably about three on my calcs) even at current low Cu price due to the good grades. However it would not be the first time that a bank required excessive risk protection for itself even when lending a small proportion of asset value!
I don't yet know RXM, so will examine at a quiet time.
