SP is stuck in a $3.10-$3.20 band, I suspect it will break out and move toward $3.50 closer to mid year reporting if results are ok and dividend of 8 cents is announced. It has a lot going for it fundamentally which the market hasn't yet priced in, but I guess they're waiting to see if these changes will improve profits.
