Great post previous, your definitely right about the difficulty of applying a valuation on the gas portfolio, this in my opinion is what makes it a good investment.

I do think though once the pipelines are instated by the end of this year, the cost savings and exponentially improved sales will be sufficient to fund these overhead costs which have in the past forced the capital hand.
