Yes exactly, look at what happened to Bellamys!! The offer was opportunistic at best. The stock price did climb to over 20 at one stage and was bought out for around 12 or 13 bucks.
webjet is no bellamys and will no doubt command a hefty premium as it does have considerable brand recognition and assets behind the hood. I don't think it would be reasonable to ask for atleast 18 bucks. I personally prefer to just hold onto it myself. But i d also be open to a scrip offer as well provided its from a well recognised suitor? Any opinions on this one?
