if we have a choice i would rather hold onto webjet myself as you said yourself that there is going to be an "amazing" runway of opportunities ahead and i would hate to see this journey stop prematurely.
i also like the strategy that Guscic and the team have executed so far, (except the thomas cook but that's hopefully behind us now). They have focused on so many different avenues for growth that as a total package, its positioned to outperform the current global economic rout. And the other advantage that WEB possesses is ofcourse margin, which the likes of FLT cannot attain. It's a very scalable business at that.
though i do wish to hold onto my shares, however i cannot imagine a lack of interest in webjet either. So if i have no choice then a very high premium will be needed for shareholders to back the deal.
