It’s Chris Baldwin here… signing on for the first time. I am very disappointed in the Board’s lack of leadership and governance, and while some are very capable individuals, collectively they have failed to fulfill their primary responsibilities to EX1. I do not see progress, or perhaps a future, for EX1 until the Board does its job.
The Board should forego all of its salary until there is at least 12 months runway. It should also be transparent about the amount of savings generated by its most recent announcement. Based on the home page, there has been zero savings to date.
The company should also be transparent about the state of preciously announced and commented upon “deals”, including Astellas, FRCBS, Showa Denko and the Israeli Covid trial.
Are there other shareholders that agree?
