Yes its been a cracking week so far three of my larger holdings have all had substantial runs ... lucks bound to change soon though.

Interesting with AVB when you have a large and diverse base of predominantly mid/long termers the price movement becomes more predictable in my opinion. What will make it unpredictable, or less predictable, will be when an ann hits the ground...hard to say what will happen... depends on the strength of ann and market on the day etc etc.

Anyway I watch this latest move with kean interest ...perhaps a positive report tommorrow as some expect... Lets hope so.
