over the past 10 years, absolute growth (capital gain + dividends) has been an average of 15% per year. this information can be found on their website.
tradingroom.com.au shows the P/E at $7.61 to be 17.68. not too shabby.
is your 3% yield considering franking credits? if not, remember they hold value.
