It looks to me like the sp it moving towards 'true value' in the context of CR dilution. The stock went backwards in response to the last three milestones, the two 'strategic alliances' and 'technical advances' re the freeway demo.. Why would it reverse the trend now on M4 especially given the clumsy and ridiculous share offer? I think .15c is expensive. And my guess is that unless they get a real partner - MS, Google etc - soon the stock will be sub 10c before .... $4m ... is burnt through.
