The reason I mentioned the last application was for context by comparing it to the nes (and distinct) application.
I did not say that announcing the new application being submitted would be a mistake - in fact, the opposite - I said it was material and had to be announced.
Finally, I believe after the last fiasco when it took 5 months (a month longer than BNL suggested it would take) - and no permit was approved. it would better for BNL to offer any guidelines on timing. People lost faith before when the suggested result did not arrive on time. Maybe better not to commit this time around.
"Impatient news hungry small holders" - Wow! If you start making assumptions that anyone who asks questions about company operations or has a different point of view as having small holdings and are just impatient, then you not only miss the point, but you fail with ue diligence as well. You may be very surprised about how much skin some of us have in the game.
