As far as i can see ... an application was lodged (a material event so correctly announced) and at the time the expected processing time was x months (presumably based on real data and relevant so correctly included in announcement).
Since then we have had no material event ... the original application as far as i know is still within the Colorado system ... has not been withdrawn or cancelled or returned to BNL ... and again as far as i know there is no news about progress of the original or subsequent applications.
Exactly what material event do you want BNL to announce to the market that they haven't already?
There is no great penalty imposed on an anonymous individual posting puffery/wishful thinking/sentiment here ... the worst that can happen is we are accused of up- or down-ramping.
On the other hand, BNL management are (rightly) not represented here and are (correctly) not allowed the luxury of expressing sentiment/hopes/dreams in any public forum.
Again, if anyone following this stock has knowledge of an actual event that BNL has failed to advise the market ... please share!
