my only concern is the reality with the portfolio they have any investment in incident response should be minimal apart from IR teams which should be very close to self funding. The only argument they would have is systems development which reading prior acquisitions they should have, or if really major should be amortised mainly.
but will wait for the numbers as happy to be wrong, and hopefully they get them out shortly
