We have based our assumptions on an $8m raise priced at $0.036 per share (222.2m shares) based on the closing price on 30/8/2016. Acquisition scrip is priced at $0.036 per share for an additional 61.1m shares. Total shares post acquisition of 970.3m.
In regards to potential bags, Veritas (who are participating in the CR so take their report with a small grain) has put a valuation of 9.2c.
GP-Link is a sleeping giant and at this stage a difficult revenue stream to measure. If the trial is successful and seamless and GPs see efficiencies and benefits, then I expect it to be a very large percentage of MDRs bottom line as GPs line up to offer the service.
