governence proceadures may or may not be Argus' doing. He is the dill that paid 50% too much for Billiton, the same dill that bought Homestake for the NAB that lost them billions and the same dill that has presided over the debacle that is Brambles.
A I understand it the BHP board diagreed with Gilbertson's proposed strategy and he spit the dummy - in order to collect a few million of course.
