Great research iam. A couple of bits of detail to add. Ketsell bought shares in IDG from March on through Desert Fox but had an arrangement with GLI/BIV (that he is a Director of) to buy these shares off him at 50 cents post meeting. This they did so he probably made a profit on that.

GLI/BIV do not own all the share you mention. They bought the voting rights of a major shareholder called David Davidson. They paid him $200k to have control but not ownership of his shares for a period of time which looks like it is still current from the latest holder notices. Wish someone would pay me $200k for my votes for a few months! Perhaps Malcom Turnbull could use this method to get in...

Concerning issue is what have these guys ever done apart from play games with companies none of which to have benefitted anybody. IDG were on track I thought to have a meaningful project in a boom commodity and had a plan to get there. Now there is just a bank account in the hands of what appear to be B grade spivs. Would be good if they told us what their intentions were otherwise what are people supposed to be investing in here.
