    big dissapointment is an understatement, the company could if it chose to, re-issue the options as I have posted on other posts.
    They could issue at even 1 c that would cover all their costs , increase the conversion price to 40c, which I think would be inline with cliffs option price. It could be done, seems like they couldnt care less
