Got to look at 2013...massive shortage...world has been suplementing there supply from rundown of nuclear warheads...there going to be rare as hens teeth...carbon emmissions trading for the world.. Huge amount of nuclear power stations to be built....dont look at todays figures and suddenly your dilution dont look so bad....when there's a massive shortage....when OZL were going down and had to have a firesale....TOE wasn't to be parted with....just my thoughts and not advice
