Misleading, yes, and deliberately so. Over the last few years that I've started accumulating beaten down shares I have noticed that the media (once they locked in on a company) consistently omit the positives and exclusively focus on the negatives as well as twisting some truth (as in this case implying DOW's profit forecast for next year being $3 millions) to try and portray the target company in a very bad light.
Whoever paid these 'journalists' must have instructed them what to write and how to write/twist. But this provides us opportunities to pick up good bargains.
