So any guesses as to how this will play out?

IMHO any one of several possible announcements could be the fulcrum between being an R&D and a profit bearing company. I believe an announcement of the expected sort could easily equate to a re-rating and perhaps a very significant one. So would we see a TH followed by a voluntary suspension? or do you think any re-rating here would be left up to on market trades from this level?
It might be a shame for the holders who have sell orders on the board to have them filled by the market without much opportunity to withdraw them... Plus it would give potential investors / brokers with MDV on their watch lists, an opportunity to re-hash their research into the company and determine their investment strategies here..

Also.. Red, I think you mentioned that you do Business in Sri Lanka and pointed out the difficulties and under the table conditions required to get things moving over there and potentially in other 3rd world countries... I was wondering if you have an insight into business protocols in places such as South Africa? If something came of the up coming conference over there what sort of time frame would you put on an order from inception to delivery and money in the till, given the Sri Lanka deal taking as long as it has thus far?...
