where to from here ?

As the Directors of CXS support the bid I guess they are pushing on with the preparation of the Target's statement.
The Board of Cephalon (CEPH) should be considering the offer from Valeant (VRX)this week so could be news from CEPH.In the meantime VRX should be seeking a Record Date from CEPH as a first step to oust the present Board of CEPH.
It will be interesting to see how the prices of both the overseas companies go as CEPH is selling above the bid and VRX has had a great upwards move since the bid.
CXS is steady today at 63c on lower volume of 1.1 million.
