It was the boards decision to give Tincom the boot and rightly so IMO

Tincom have hung around for years and gave no commitment to ESI until the very last chance they were given. Our board even extended the deposit date and they still missed it!!

If Tincom had of injected the funds for the upgraded deal and taken the .052 share placement ECT may have been able to raise decent funds on the back of a REAL commitment. Instead the market saw no money from them and we were staved of cash hence La Jolla. IMO Tincom should have helped fund the upgrade of the plant which proved the products commercial aspects (They did not do this either)

Tincom were very very hard to qualify as partners and Im glad they are gone .

ECT stood up for shareholders and said NO MORE.!!!!

A Carbon price looks like its going to happen and now we dont have Tincom holding things up Im sure this will play out to shareholders advantage

Look at the shareprice, Tincoms sielnce in its own market news flow didnt help either. Fantastic new for shareholders and this is a warning to any other company that tries to do the shifty on ECT .... YOU WILL COME OFF SECOND BEST and loose acces to the best brown coal in the WORLD
