microsoft have patents in china.
but they have 90% piracy.
a 30 year old extrusion process is not rocket science..and if tincom have some information, i am sure the chinese could just ask for an "adaption patent."
also esi have no money to take on anyone.
if esi could adopt jotts technology with ARUP i am sure the chinese are just as clever.
now would be a time for management to buy if they believe the story...no spin...just more facts.
