Why would you ditch something like a Tincom style deal (even if it was to take an extra month or two to get moving) unless you knew that it was time/energy/opportunity being wasted for the company?
ESI has been out there selling its wares on paper and has generated a lot of interest over the last 2yrs.
One can only think that ESI must have known Tincom were either going to take much longer than a couple of months...maybe another year? Or else ESI knew there was something better... something where the Tincom 'lock-in' (or not) was screwing up ESI's future business and/or business model.
Just my thoughts...
