Gateman, Good points. I cant really remember a Cap Raise withs SIs that did not at some stage have an announcement that led to a 25%-50% or often times a doubling of money for The SIs.
RBS would not have touched this with a barge pole if they couldn't garantee a 25% gain for their SIs.
They have flagged one new announcement before years end. So I would place a bet that will happen next week before XMAS.
These deals are famous for being late, maybe Nick should not have talked his book so much. Bur can't see what else has changed besides timeline.
