I take this sentence from page 4 of the prospectus...

"If there is limited take-up under the Offer, the Company would have to secure other sources of funding to continue as a going concern and may have to reduce operational and capital expenditures across all its facilities.."

I don't have the skills or patience to copy notes 1.19 and 1.20 from the prospectus but please read them. After that if you still think a significant uptake of this CR isn't necessary then fine, that's your choice.

BTW, your numbers don't quite add up. Of the $8.8m in the bank only $6.6m is available.
