I don't recall indicating anywhere in my post that I do not think a significant uptake of the rights is necessary, I just gave a "where to from here" scenario for the current quarter. I think a maximum uptake is critical but realistically it's not going to happen.
Yes, your right about the $2.2 bank guarantee, I did include it. It's still ours, we just can't use it...
In light of the uptake statistics for the last raising of capital I don't think that other shareholders are going to underwrite those that choose to purchase cheaper on market rather than participate in the rights issue..
