Hi decrisper great analysis I also have done a bit of work on FFF and you are correct that AC&E Capital will control just over 50% if the deal goes through.To add to your calcs Tony Wales I have calculated has an average price of 5.5c on the 16% holding.Now if he takes up the rights issue the average price comes into about 3.5c.Many questions still to be answered and even if the deal does not go through on the announcement they talk about competing proposals.I have watched FFF for a while but given the drift in share price to these levels presents in my view a risk for reward.DYOR
