You have put forward a very good summary. It has been a long drawn out process and it is still ongoing. These Chinese play hard ball so let's hope we have done our best to outwit them. I am encouraged to see WCL hold 41-42 on what appears to be reasonable volume. Today's volume was a little stronger.

I am hoping for 60 cents plus.( 40% premium )
WCL are a proven performer and are beautifully positioned with key assets in an outstanding location.
