    Got to scamper off to work, but I believe that FIRB has a threshold of 227 million: being the amount that a deal must be valued over in order for it to be even reviewed by FIRB. However, I believe there is a state owned enterprise clause in there too. I will look into it more, but I'm thinking something along the lines of 220 million would be in the ballpark.
