Although i will add my personal opinion on the bit in bold of course i have to state it is only my personal opinion although i do think it would pass as general consenses - Unless the board is going to back this platform enhancement out of their own pocket ? there's not a snowflakes chance that anyone else is going to step in to contribute or fund that cry on a company that is so far behind on guidance with no new deals maturing in such a long period yet a further call of "this is what we need to make it" goes rattling the tin.
It's all been said & done before if the science is that good as put forward repeatedly with the company garnering so much industry attention then deals should be delivering with or without a few mill upgrade & those potential partners (out there somewhere often talked of, never seen) should be happy to fund that upgrade wrapped into a new deal if the impetus for phylomers is as highlighted right ? Richer economics blah blah how but getting just $2M from one to do this upgrade ? - surely thats not such a hard task after the way its spoken of ?
