This company is probably at a stage like cbio, which is now invion (ivx). A group of shareholders grouped together to have a 5% holding, called an extraordinary AGM and overthrew the board. The company then sought a partner company for a merger, and are now looking far more progressive. Just have a look IVX's recent announcements and you'll realise how amateur PYC is. I think some significant shareholders should speak with Ralph Craven from Invion about the steps needed to bring about this type of change in PYC. I'd be happy to assist and participate. We need a total of approx 20m shares...
