Seems that at least one of the board is the brains behind the whole thing so if he goes there isnt much to sell or pass on. Thats why i question the possibility of an exit sale. If the director that created the libraries etc leaves then you are really just buying the library ip surely and nothing much else. The ideal way to play this is a conditional buy at about 5c. Of course if a good announcement comes out this would not work for us mere mortals as it would fly through this point and not execute. Funny though this is exactky how the directors have set up the majirity of their investment- ie if the price takes off they are guaranteed to buy in at sub 6 c but if it fails they walk away. This could well be do or die quarter.
