The eay this works does make me question how the market is set up. Obviously directors can mislead and possibly lie all they want, as long as they can convince investors to buy more shares or nee issues. When a company fails there is no comeback on them other than a black mark on their record as being director of a collapsed company. Only risk is if they have a massive holding in their own company, which these directors have certainly avoided. Even At 2c with blah blah deals in discussion not one director buying. Thanks guys.
