freakme,
i have been through the numbers and there doesnt seem to be ne glaring problems, apart from revenue which has fallen very sharply. but they have cut costs from 500k pm to 100k pm.
one problem i have is of the glaring ommission of 'fogetting' to put brackets around EPS loss. this made it look like they'd made a eps profit. this sort of mistake seems to indicate incompetance within the control systems of the company, or i could be wrong?
your right it is a very competitive industry, but with most of the big players being near full capacity there is room for smaller insolvency firms to pick up clients.
knights is a well est firm, hasnt performed well recently, but with the sale of its unprofitable overseas co. and focussing on cutting costs and building profile again i can see positives for it.
cheers
