your right as a receiver you dont have to get ur charges approved by the courts only by the charge holder, who appears to be the ANZ.

it wont go into receivership, more likely VA where the courts approve fees and its much harder to get them through ie korda mentha stockford case, or just liquidated.

however, as a professional insolvency firm you'd hope they could re-structure and build up again without the need for this.
