I would consider it would be a High risk buy if filter pressed is installed and worked, risk would lower if AL80 long term contract was in place.

Then after at least 6 months of operations of positive cash flow would I consider the buy to be of medium risk.

So I wouldn't expect a large influx of buyers until at the least 6 months. If US default the market will go a bit silly and there will some nice bargains of quality companies out there, further lengthening the time it would take for buyers to hit MHM as their money is elsewhere and the longer MHM is left to prove itself the safer it gets one way or another.
