Although I voted against the resolutions, it's now done and hopefully there is a change for the better and we see this looked upon favorably with an appreciation in the share-price.

It will be interesting to see what changes are put in place for the benefit of all shareholders.

The recent rise in the Gold price is timing sympathetic to the incoming crew as well.
