where to from here?

No one is doubting the increasingly untenable position of this company. I am led to believe that soon Fairstar will no longer be legally allowed to issue shares to cover costs, if this is true - what then? Anyone have any experience with similar situations? What happens to our shares if they collapse? Given that the iron ore price is certain to drop, although when this will happen is hard to predict, the chances of this stock recovering in the short to mid term seem to be highly unlikely without a magic bullet. I am trying to figure out the best/worst case scenarios and options available to FAS such as takeovers, mergers, reduced profit shares for funding etc. Your thoughts please.
