"What was the MC when the shares were at 15c?"
MC was 64m they had 428m shares on issue, so in two years they've added nearly 1b shares of dilution to existing holders and of course MC now is only fraction what it once was.
1.3b shares, likely only way see 15c again is via consolidation.
