Cashel Capital Partners is a specialist Fund operated by Cashel House to invest in special situations where it feels it can bring activist value to an investee. This may include (but not limited to) aiding to mitigate risks or realise value through the assistance of our corporate finance team, bridging funding needs to execute an acquisition or restructure, or raising capital and awareness of the company through our private wealth and equity sales group. The Fund aims to co-invest alongside existing investors or to bring in established institutional, family office and private equity investors. The Fund works agnostically within both private and public markets. The Fund has a number of established co-investment mandates, particularly with a very large Asian and European credit fund that enables it to provide both ordinary equity and subordinated debt to a situation. The combination of all these factors makes the Fund truly unique in the Asia Pacific.
