this is a classic. so he tries to take it over but fails, short version and he's still chairman and a defacto CEO really,
one would say that us silly newbees to BRU should have done our homework but how far does one need to dig beyond numbers, projects etc??
Do we really think that his one and only interests is the shareholders?? really?? whats secretly being hatched. With such high stakes on the table, anything is possible. my banking background has taught me that.
