To make it more interesting why don't we have a further test of $20k as to who currently controls the more shares.
So thats $40k you pay me if I controlled shares from the Arq spin-out & right now control more shares than you.
And I'll pay you $40k if I didn't control shares from the spin out/scheme of arrangement & you currently control more shares than me.
