Highly unlikely, but in past experiences, oilers subject to a TO have seen a 25-40% premium. (EKA, AUT, TXN)
At the time, AUT enjoyed a 30% bump taking its SP over $4. Now EKA was trading at around 32c and AUT came along and swallowed it for 46c from memory. (I may be out a few cents each way) POO was over $100
Point is, you do not want any TO's for BRU at the moment especially with market sentiment and POO as it would be snavelled up for under 60c IMO.
Worrying about TO's would be the same as worrying about shorts, surely there are more concerning things.
