Interesting day yesterday. Thank you to our board for rejecting the offer. According to Bloomberg ' takeover offers for energy companies surged 70 percent this year and the average premium for deals announces in 2015 was 41.9 percent. The report doesn't state where the rise is measured from but you could assume it is from the day the deal is offered. Do your own calculations but based on this the offer should end up around
$ 7.80. Personally I would hope the board reject that offer as well!
