There hasn't been a posting on here for sometime so I thought I would just refresh the thread.
Anyone have any updated thoughts on EPX. I notice the price has been trending in a downward fashion for most of this year. It would seem that there a no new buyers coming in. The increased clarity around the supply contract resulted in a bounce back in November 2014, but since then the market doesnt seem to like the stock too much...despite a few brokers coming out with 'buy' recommendations.
Looking at the charts, it appears that each time a distribution is paid, the stock falls and continues the trend. If there are a large number of SMSF holders who like the income...well thats all fine, but if you have capital erosion at the same time it kind of defeats the purpose.
Is this a stale stock with little market interest that will continue to track lower...or has it just been a bad 2015 and this will find a range of $1.75 to $2 in the years to come.
