    In conversations I had with Clem some time back I pointed out the inherent conflict of interest he had with the Parks Fund as manager and owner and them taking over Aspen Parks was really the only way this could be resolved, now that is not going to happen so raises the question where to from here. I have sold to get a tax loss but have been following APZ as I like Clem's plan to follow the affordable accommodation sector but this really is a bit of a road block. Interested if others have a view on this or if they have spoken to the company over this
