You don't need to be on any board ,to know if things are being done the right way ,the buck stops with the MD ,if something is not done the right way then ,he is not doing his job ,who is responsible for this mass and who is going to fix and pay for it ,if I build a house and it starts to fall apart I would be suing the builder fast or get him to fix it .I am sick of seeing my running down the shi,t house ,they are getting payed to do a job weather in the office or out on the field
