The repayment of the 15 million to ERM surely depends on the success of RGN1. If the money can be raised regardless of success at RGN1 the situation is not as serious, however if the BOD have knowledge of a plan going forward that the loan can be repayed, rescheduled or otherwise satisfied then I would expect an ann to that effect after the fate of RGN1 is known. One thing at a time, but shareholders have a right to be fully informed when no other progress plan have been divulged.
As for your theory that the sp is low because of the top up mechanism that is just wishfull thinking. We need a concise future plan from management in clear terms as to the next moves to regain shareholders confidence. After all we are all really hurting at the moment. Good luck to you and all other shareholders and let us hope the second half of 2016 will be substantially better than the first.
