To my thinking the Directors have to have the SH best interests in mind now if they announced that they had the money to pay ERM back and the SP went above .80 cents would that be in the SH interest.
They have saved the SH $1.5m if the interest was at 5% if the pay back in August.
I have no fear and confident they have this in hand and the SP will increase after August they did say SH value would increase in the long term not like some want it now.
